1. Booking Process
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. You must provide accurate contact and address details.
2. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to the premises at the agreed time
- Ensure a safe environment for our staff
- Remove valuables and fragile items
5. Company Responsibilities
- Deliver cleaning services to a professional standard
- Take reasonable care of your property
- Limit liability for damages except in cases of negligence
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns, contact us at contact@britsmaid.co.uk. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to UK mediation services.
